Lexington in Bloom Garden Walk
Join us for the Lexington in Bloom Garden Walk 2023!
Tour several beautiful private gardens in Lexington IL while enjoying delicious samples from some of our local eateries.
Tickets are $20 each and will be available online and at Lexington City Hall, starting May 20th 2023.
Ticket sales at City Hall will close at 11:00 am the day of the event to allow time to tour the gardens before noon.

This festival highlights 100 miles of Route 66! Each of the 14 participating communities from Joliet to Bloomington have their own festivities, from full-blown festivals to antique and craft sales, to car and motorcycle shows, to live entertainment, and everyone is sure to discover something unique.
Participating communities include Joliet, Elwood, Wilmington, Braidwood, Godley, Braceville, Gardner, Dwight, Odell, Pontiac, Chenoa, Lexington, and Bloomington/Normal.
Once again, this year, you can download and check out the Illinois Route 66 Scenic Byway mobile app by searching ‘Explore Illinois Route 66’ in the App Store or on Google Play. Here you will have an opportunity to click on 'passports' and participate by entering the code available at each location. Check-in via the mobile app at all 14 locations and you will be entered to win a prize package worth over $100!

First Annual City of Lexington Pickleball Tournament
The Pickle Ball Tournament will be held at the Lexington school playground blacktop at 9am on Saturday, May 6th.
This tournament is for people ages 15+, teams of 2. The tournament details and bracket will be sent out once all forms have been submitted. Still want to play but don't have a partner? Fill out the form and we will partner you with another single. Aren't sure about the rules but still want to play? Good news! At 9AM there will be a brief introduction to the rules of the game.
Equipment will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own paddle if you have one. As we are all new to the game, there won't be any serious referees, but we are relying on you to follow the rules amongst yourselves during the matches. No cheaters and no sore losers. Each team must pay $20 to play, ($10 per individual). All proceeds go right back to the Lexington Park District.
